In Free Play mode, switch to a character who can fix glowing gears and head to the room where you met Sao Feng. Once the steam barrier at the front of the room falls, approach Sao Feng to activate a cutscene. Now follow the trail of studs on the floor and push green handles attached to two hot tubs. Break open the doors, then jump onto chains on the left and right side of the room to open steam vents and receive studs. Head through the wall where the puzzle was to enter a new area. Spin the wheel one last time so the ball falls out of the puzzle and the entire wall opens up. Spin the wheel to let it fall, then push the green side of the handle until the ball rests at the very bottom on some green blocks. Now turn the wheel one more time so the ball falls, then push the blue side of the handle so the ball rests on blue blocks. Turn the wheel again to make it fall, then push on the green side of the handle until the ball is at the top of the wheel resting on green blocks. Head back to the wheel and turn it again to make the ball fall down one more level, then push on the blue side of the handle to make it rest on some blue blocks. Use the action button to turn the wheel once, then push on the blue handle to the left until the ball in the puzzle falls down a level and rests on some green blocks. On the right side, you'll find a wheel and a large puzzle.
Move it forward until you reach a platform with some studs on it, then jump off and follow the studs into a town square. In this new area, jump into the water, then use the character button to hop into a lifeboat. At the end of it, jump over to some stairs, then go through the door at the top. Once a bunch of stuff is destroyed, pull out your sword and head back downstairs, then go left along the newly open path. At the top, use the action button to stick your sword into the gears, and Barbossa will do the same. Move straight forward from the bridge where Barbossa crossed, then break open a door and head up the stairs. Once it opens, head inside and climb a ladder to find a Minikit. Go back outside, then head to the left and switch to someone with projectiles to hit two targets on either side of a door.
Once the door nearby opens, head inside for a Minikit. You'll move a bridge, so cross to the other side, then jump to grab onto a chain. Carry the wheel to the left and stick it into a receptacle, then use the action button to spin it. Use your ability to get access to a wheel immediately to the right. Remember the fish guy from the beginning of this chapter? Head to where you landed after sliding on the rope above his house, then switch to Syrena. At the end, destroy a box to gain access to a small tunnel, then crawl in. In Free Play mode, switch to a character who can go through small tunnels, then continue heading down the stone path where the glowing flowers were. On the other side, cut a chain to your right to create a bridge for Barbossa. Barbossa will automatically raise some green bars for you, so use your super jump to move across them. Once he's with you, head to the left and follow the bridge until you walk down a ramp and come across some glowing flowers. Once you land, you'll automatically create a bridge for Barbossa to cross. Head back downstairs and defeat them all, then head through the door they came from for a Minikit. Turn the wheels here and a group of enemies will gather outside of the building. Switch to Blackbeard and climb a ladder inside, then use his ability to open a large door and get a Minikit. Switch to a character who can blow things up and destroy the bars, then head inside.
Head back to the man who wanted the fish and take a right until you come across a house with shiny bars over the doorway. Switch to Jack and use the action button to jump onto it to ride up to a Minikit. Now continue following the wooden bridge past where the orange bar was, and at the end of it you'll find a zipline. Carry the box to a green pad near the guy who wanted a fish and place it there for a Minikit. Head to the left and pull on the orange bar to receive a box. In Free Play mode, switch to a character with super strength and jump onto the wooden bridge near the box of fish. On the right side of the platform, jump to grab a rope and slide across. Jump up to the roof, then follow the studs and jump across to a platform. In return, he'll lower a green bar, with Elizabeth can jump up to with her super jump. Walk down some nearby stairs to find a whole box of 'em, then bring one to the man. Head up the stairs, then turn left and find a man asking for a fish.
